As you give, you receive.
I've been up since 3AM. I'm totally jet lagged. I just got back yesterday from 2 weeks in Chicago.
And in a few hours, I'll be running the 'Dam to Dam' 10 mile run with my friend Pepe. Or more likely, trailing way behind and hopefully finishing because I'm way undertrained and exhausted.
Still, I'm running because I can. I have two legs, a pumping heart, and this day ahead of me.
And I know that even though I cannot control the weather, I can control my inner world. What I think, what I feel, and what I do is all on me.
And I have a strong network of amazing people in my life who always seem to step up and want to help.
So I'm going to ask each of you who reads this to do a little something. If you can afford to give a little to help some kids in Nicaragua get solid floors to play on, please do.
If you've already jumped in and donated to the cause, a sincere thank you.
And if you can't afford it at this time, then just do one kind thing for someone today.
You can have much more of an impact than you think.
Thanks for your continued support. We can do huge things when we do them together.
